If an email "bounces," it means it hasn't reached the intended recipient.
There are two main types of bounces:
"Hard bounces"
  • This indicates that the recipient's email address is either invalid or no longer active. We recommend updating it.
"Soft bounces"
  • This means the recipient's inbox is full, temporarily unavailable, or, most commonly, has an automated reply.
  • We'll try to resend the email a few times, but if we still can't deliver it, a "bounce" will show up in the statistics for your mailings.
